Getting started

1. Create an account

Go to the PresentOrNot website, click 'Sign up as a tester' and log in with your email or Google account. Then fill in your first and last name.

2. Set up your PIN

Choose a 4-digit PIN. It's stored locally on your device and you need it every time you open the app — fast and secure.

Fill in the team name, type (sport/course/work), subgroup, your role name and the season start date. In the Lite version you can create up to 2 teams.

Select a meeting at the top. Tap each participant as present (green), absent (orange) or no-show (red). Use 'Everyone present' for quick registration.

7. Schedule a meeting

Go to the agenda, tap the + button and fill in title, date, time and location. Switch between list and calendar view.
